Something You Probably Didn't Know About Wheat Flour

You can fry chicken with it!! How cool is that? It DOES have a slightly different crunch to it. A good one in my opinion. We eat "fried" foods twice a month and I'm always looking for ways to make eating "fried" a little bit healthier(as healthy as anything fried goes, lol).

Something I noticed is that you can take the chicken and dunk it in the grease for 5 seconds and you'll get an beautiful golden crispy outside. Can't do that with white flour!!
